Fake Hanging Caciocavallo Cheese. A hang tag is provided and we include an extra red cord to hang the cheese. Two can be connected by the neck to hang as a pair. Cheese measures 8.25" x 4.5" x 6".
Caciocavallo is a type of stretched-curd cheese made out of sheep's or cow's milk. It is produced throughout Southern Italy. Shaped like a teardrop, it is similar in taste to aged Southern Italian Provolone cheese, with a hard rind.
